I really like this quote from the beginning of Ch. I will admit, I haven’t applied this completely, and I just skimmed the last chapters because they are what you read when you have been on ferd path to forgiveness and have a beyond.


The only way I would have improved this book was in its format. I liked the fact that he revisits the basic ideas introduced at the beginning, because then the reader sees how his whole process hangs together. They might agree if we discuss but no way to know.

A lot of the content comes from meditation, mindfulness and yoga but the book is written in a more scientific manner rather than philosophical. You can also find them here: I found it extremely practical and straight forward. In fact, I even found the main points towards foor end and wished I’d just read those. I have read it three times and every time I get something new out of it.
